In celebration of Internet Week NY and to benefit Camp Interactive, Equinox Fitness and The Everyday Triathlete bring you a series of FREE group triathlon fitness sessions.

Participants will be able to raise money for Camp Interactive by logging their fitness on our social networking partner, the Plus 3 Network. Camp Interactive is a not-for-profit organization which empowers inner-city youth through the inspiration of the outdoors and the creative power of technology.

This event is the first of a three-part series, and will be focused on running technique. Learn what type of runner you are vs. what type of runner you should be. Are you a heel, midfoot, or forefoot striker? Which one should you be? Is Barefoot, Chi, Pose, or Natural running right for you? This training session will explore all the different techniques and help to determine which is best for you and your body.

The event will begin with an informational talk followed by a coached session with triathlon coach Brian Hammond.
